The Season of Hope is a special time in which we ask our supporters to make a year-end tax-deductible donation that will help support our future patients and community clients.
Your gift of any amount helps Hope provide end-of-life medical care to uninsured individuals and support to local families who are facing the challenges of caring for their dear one in their final days. Donations also help us keep important programs available to the community at no cost, such as our grief support and dementia education services.
We have a special opportunity for individuals who give $150 or more: a customizable crystal ornament. Enjoy your ornament each holiday season or year-round as a window decoration that captures rays of ambient sunlight.
For your gift of $150, you can elect to receive a crystal ornament etched with the word HOPE and dove in flight, along with a name, the year, or other phrase of up to 18 characters including spaces.
For your gift of $250 or more, you can receive two customized crystal ornaments.
