Hope Hospice is committed to supporting patients and their loved ones with exceptional care, compassion, and dignity.
Hope Hospice is committed to helping our community offer the best care to older adults. Our experts are available to present complimentary senior-care education in our service area. We offer both in-person seminars and live online learning over Zoom.
If you oversee a team of care providers at a SNF, ALF, Board and Care, or other facility in our service area who would benefit from a refresher on such topics as hospice, best practices in dementia care, or any of the other senior-care education concerns listed above, please connect with our Director of Outreach to discuss your needs. Hope clinicians from a variety of disciplines are available to present in-person at your facility or over Zoom teleconference. Call (925) 829-8770 or send an email.
Also check out the archive of CareTalk, our monthly educational newsletter for care providers. Click here to view the list of publications. Each issue includes a quiz to reinforce key points in the issue.
If you represent a residential community for seniors, a church group, senior activity center, or other type of communal gathering that would like a private seminar on any of the aforementioned topics, please connect with our Director of Outreach. Call (925) 829-8770 or send an email.
Additionally, Hope produces a monthly Family Caregiver Education Series that is free to anyone in our service area who is currently engaging as a caregiver to a loved one living with a terminal diagnosis or a disabling chronic condition, regardless of whether your loved one is a Hope Hospice patient.
