Does my family member (care recipient) have to be “on hospice” for me to participate?
No. This program is designed for anyone who is caring for an elderly or chronically ill loved one.
Is this program open to professional (paid) caregivers?
This program is is tailored to the family caregiver and is not intended for the professional caregiver; Hope does not offer any certifications or continuing education credits.

Classes are held on one Saturday each month. Registration and light refreshments begin at 9:45 a.m. Classes will start promptly at 10 a.m. and are in session until noon. On most dates, an optional caregiver support group is available after class, from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m.; you are welcome to bring a bag lunch to group.

Is there a registration deadline?
So that we may plan for class materials, we would appreciate it if participants register at least five days in advance of a class.
