From Northbound 680
Take 580 East Exit toward Stockton - take the Hopyard/Dougherty Exit – go left at the stoplight, up and over the overpass (north). Stay in the far-left lane. Turn left on to Dublin Boulevard. Clark Avenue is .6 of a mile up on the left. 6377 Clark Avenue is the second cluster of buildings on the left side. Hope Hospice is located in the rear building on the left.

From Southbound 680
Take the Dublin Boulevard Exit. – turn right at the stoplight, then right again at the next stoplight onto Dublin Boulevard. Drive .3 miles to Clark Avenue and turn right. 6377 Clark Avenue is the second cluster of buildings on the left side. Hope Hospice is located in the rear building on the left.

From Westbound 580
Take Hopyard/Dougherty Exit - turn right at the stoplight- move into the far-left lane. Turn left on to Dublin Boulevard. Clark Avenue is .6 of a mile up on the left. 6377 Clark Avenue is the second cluster of buildings on the left side. Hope Hospice is located in the rear building on the left.

From Eastbound 580

From Dublin Bart Station
When exiting the BART Station go to your left (north) so that you exit on the Dublin side. Walk out to Dublin Boulevard, and walk west across Dougherty Road. From Dougherty Road, continue .6 of a mile to Clark Avenue. Turn left on Clark Avenue. 6377 Clark Avenue is the second cluster of buildings on the left side. Hope Hospice is located in the rear building on the left.

From the Peninsula
Take 101 to Hwy 92 East (Exit 414B - Hayward/San Mateo Bridge.) After the bridge, merge on to 880 North (Oakland). Go 3.7 miles on to 238 South (Exit 31A toward Hwy 580/Castro Valley) 238 becomes 580 East. Go 8.6 miles. Take San Ramon Road/Foothill Rd. (Exit 44A). Use the second exit on the right. The first one takes you on to Foothill. The second one loops around to the right and you come out on San Ramon Road. Proceed over the freeway and get into far R lane. Turn R on to Dublin Blvd. Proceed through several signals. Turn R on Clark Avenue. 6377 Clark Avenue is the second cluster of buildings on the left side. Hope Hospice is located in the rear building on the left.
